RAGBRAI InTents Charter Application | 2024

Thanks for your interest in our official RAGBRAI Charter services! There are a few simple steps you need to take to join us, detailed below.

  1. Fill out the application below.
    Allow 3-4 business days for us to process your application.

  2. If space is still available, we will manually email you a link to the payment information page.
    We'll do our best to rapidly process the applications, but it can take a couple days before you receive this payment email.

  3. Submit your payment.
    Your card will be charged within 10 business days of payment submission.

  4. Email us your RAGBRAI wristband number when you get it.
    RAGBRAI sends out wristband numbers by June 1st. Please send us that info when you receive it =)

  5. Print and fill out this wavier.
    These must be handed in before you're able to board the bus/drop off your luggage. If you forget to bring it, no problem! We will have extras on hand.

Please let us know (1) each additional applicant's name, (2) RAGBRAI wristband number, (3) age, & (4) state.
RAGBRAI announces wristband numbers around June 1st of every year. If it's before June 1st, you may skip this question or simply write something amusing in the blank field.

CHARTER OPTIONS

This is our popular upgrade to the basic charter services. InTents provides the following bonuses: [1] a tent, [2] full service set up and breakdown of your tent every day, and [3] a fresh towel every day. When you pull into camp after 2pm, the In-Tents area will be set up and waiting! Find your tent, and your luggage will be there waiting for you. Secure your bike, grab your clean clothes, and go pick up a fresh towel from our check out station, and go hit the showers... all without having to search through the luggage mountain! What are you riding on RAGBRAI?

For loading purposes, please let us know what you and your riding buddies (if applicable) are bringing on RAGBRAI. Limit 1 bicycle or recumbent per person / 1 tandem per pair.

WAIVER

All charter members will be required to sign this waiver prior to boarding the bus. Parents or Guardians must be present to sign for minors. You will also need to show us your wristbands at that time.
